Chris Taylor has spent over thirty years in the licensed retail Industry. Literally starting at the bottom as a bar cellar man, progressing to senior management of two Midland breweries. With the "Beer Orders" and the closure of breweries he moved into training establishing this company in 1995 a business which gave him the opportunity to gain a master Degree in Human Resource Development and develop award winning course, as a Fellow of the BII he retains active involvement and now provides not just training but business consultancy.
