GA Select uniquely operates under license from the DTI –OFFICE of FAIR TRADING (OFT) and is a practicing style of Graham Allman Associates Limited. EXPERIENCE COUNTS is the belief of the firms managing Director Graham Allman who has a broad raft of trade experience since entering the licensed trade in 1967, working at the “coal face” at Operational and Estate Director Level with BASS PLC and WHITBREAD. Including assisting in the creation of Whitbread Pub Partnerships the leased pub company of Whitbread the Brewers. Graham believes that the “forward facing” hands on approach of his firm helps deliver a quality service to both vendors and purchasers with honesty and integrity as the main principle of his firm. Graham is a Fellow of the British Institute of Inn-keeping (F.B.I.I.) having joined the institute over 20 years ago, he also has a degree in Hotel Management and is a member of the Institute and Hospitality (formally the MHCIMA). A trade man through and through is how Graham is seen within the industry and has been a Director of specialist business and property transfer agencies since 1983.

We have a well proven track record within our trade sector and are “ranked” within the top four National agencies within the trade by an independent survey, something that Graham and his team are very proud of however Graham believes “that no man is an island” and that the team are his real strength.
