The Two Day Interactive Experience
Aimed at anyone thinking about entering, or about to enter
a licensed premises, usually for the first time. Between 5 & 10 delegates
will have the opportunity to learn both the theoretical and practical aspects
of running successful licensed premises.
Delegates will be enlightened as to the ups and downs of
the license trade, giving invaluable advice, hints and tips that will ensure
they start their new venture in the best possible shape, from a position
of strength and with the best chance of success. You will be shown all of
the areas to consider, how to save the maximum money and many more aspects
and “secrets” of the trade not commonly known about. All of
this will ensure that the delegate enters the trade with their ‘eyes
wide open’ and in the absolute best possible financial shape.
Development & Coaching
Aimed at those already trading, individual consultation is
given to the business owner sufficient to create a strategic overview of
the business. An agreed development plan can then be put in place to move
the business forward with the ultimate view of maximising capital growth
and eventually executing a planned ‘exit strategy’.
Within the consultation, access is given to a comprehensive
basket of buying opportunities, unavailable anywhere else, covering the
purchasing of food, wines, beers, utilities & insurance to name but
a few. All aimed at improving the business margins and thus profitability,
enabling a greater chance of selling at a premium when the time is right.
Troubleshooting
Aimed at those businesses that are struggling. Appropriate
time is spent with the owner to obtain an overview of the state of the
business and to agree a planned course of action, whether this be making
changes and trading on, or exit.
