Location
The Blue Man is located on the periphery of Newark, an attractive Nottinghamshire market town. Close to The Railway Station, Northgate is a busy thoroughfare with Links North and to the A1. The pub is opposite a small retail area with TK Max and Homebase, so benefits from a lot of passing trade.

Trade Area
The pub consists of two rooms, a bar with a pool table and a smaller lounge. Very much a community pub, darts and dominoes are very popular and this opportunity would suit a retailer looking to push the indoor traditional pub games. Although food is not currently served there is a preparation area waiting to be exploited.
