Your valuation will be agreed with you, supported by how we arrived at the figure and then the “marketing plan” confirmed. This can be BELOW THE LINE confidential sale, which will be handled 1:1 by your Sales Director without advertising and generally through our networking skills and vetted client bank. Or ABOVE THE LINE full open marketing which will result in your business being advertised either as “lineage” or with photos in selected trade papers including The Publican, Morning Advertiser, Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Daltons Weekly, Northern Pub & Bar, GA Selects WEB SITE with circa 1.5 million hits p.a. + 6 associated web sites etc. WE NEVER PUT SALES BOARDS outside a business.

Your business will be marketed until contracts have exchanged and we only instruct solicitors when satisfactory evidence has been received regarding the financial status of the purchasing client and agreed by all parties (introductions to our Finance Associate usually ensure a swift decision in principle, most often the same day).

We do operate a “preferred client” listing but in all truth, if as a private buyer you have been on it longer than 6 months then we doubt your commitment to entering the trade!!!! It is our policy that we ask you to declare your true purchasing position to our team and will require evidence of cash input by way of bank or building society statement at an early stage, thus avoiding timely and costly failed sales, and we would recommend that you have early discussions with our finance associate ACORN COMMERCIAL FINANCE to confirm the ball park figures for your purchasing requirements.
