It is not our policy to PUT SALES BOARDS outside a property unless it is closed fro business.

Your business will be marketed until contracts have exchanged and we only instruct solicitors when satisfactory evidence has been received regarding the financial status of the purchasing client and agreed by all parties (introductions to our Finance Associates usually ensure a swift decision in principle, most often the same day). We offer the purchaser of your business the opportunity of “exclusivity” by way of a “lock-out” agreement and a non-refundable deposit, this demonstrates commitment of the purchaser who will have the confidence to proceed with their “due diligence” unhindered by the prospect of someone “gazzumping” the deal. This arrangement is not compulsory and is totally by agreement though the firm between buyer and seller, the deposit being held in the firms client account against the completion statement.
